Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, CIRANO CEO and full professor at Polytechnique Montréal, was invited to take part in the annual conference “Les nouveaux risques géopolitiques et économiques” organized by the Groupe d’études et de recherche sur l’international et le Québec under the direction of Stéphane Paquin, full professor at the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) and CIRANO researcher.
During this conference, she had the opportunity to talk about technologies and securing value chains: between resilience and vulnerability!
CIRANO is currently working on the resilience of global value chains and their economic and geopolitical impacts, which is part of the GVCdtLab, a CIRANO initiative supported by Transport Canada as part of the National Trade Corridors Fund (NTCF).
Patrick Leblond, full professor at the University of Ottawa and CIRANO Fellow, also took part in the conference, focusing on government-business relations in the field of advanced technologies.
